Jill Culiner divise son temps entre l'Europe et le Canada. son premier livre book, Finding Home (in the Footsteps of the Jewish Fusgeyers) a été publié par Sumach Press en 2004.

En 2007, toujours publié par Sumach Press, elle écrit un roman policier qui retrace la vie ’un village français avec toutes les facettes cette France profonde.
